What might be possible if we built an AI that had a single, consolidated view of the enterprise from the top?
Where current enterprise AI tools are aimed at individual employees, helping with emails, meeting minutes, presentations, and documents, their context is limited to the individual.
Instead, what would happen if we brought this context together to get a single contextual, consolidated view of activities that are happening across the enterprise in real time.
the AI could have insights into where initiatives could be better aligned, or combined to deliver greater value or improve their strategic impact. You can leverage the AI to develop standardized performance metrics applied consistently and across the enterprise, potentially assessing initiative alignment to strategy. You could also extend it to provide insights into individual performance and impact, automating and simplifying performance reviews.
Executives can get real time summaries of initiatives on demand, and in a consistent and simplified manner.
You could get real time identification, tracking and intervention for enterprise risk and governance, providing an additional degree of safety.

I came across this Wikipedia page (link) on the topic of Agent-based models, which refers to the concept I am talking about. Specifically “Agent-based models are a kind of microscale model[3] that simulate the simultaneous operations and interactions of multiple agents in an attempt to re-create and predict the appearance of complex phenomena. The process is one of emergence, which some express as “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts”. In other words, higher-level system properties emerge from the interactions of lower-level subsystems. Or, macro-scale state changes emerge from micro-scale agent behaviors. Or, simple behaviors (meaning rules followed by agents) generate complex behaviors (meaning state changes at the whole system level).“
